LANGKAWI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
GRUPPE Consultant appointed as alternative structural design engineer of all structural framing for the purpose of upgrading the Langkawi International Airport

TANJUNG BIN POWER PLANT- EPCC PROJECT
Appointed to design and coordinate the interfacing on overall 10 units Junction Tower at upgrading new conveyor line. 1000 MT steel structure has been designed in this tower. The challenge of this particular tower was to resist lateral force between 400kN to 700 kN. In this regard, proper loading transferred are required in order to have ideal loading transferred on the ground. We were appointed as a leading structural engineer . The project duration for engineering was 9 months and erection about 8 months.

VELODROM BANDAR NILAI UTAMA
Appointed as the designer of the long span roof structure and also third party checker on structural integrity by MIESB Sdn. Bhd. GRUPPE was to design and coordinate in order to ensure every sequences of the construction process are safe. With challenging of the long span structure, the methodology of erection play a prior role to complete the tasks. The duration of designing took about 3 months and erection process took about 6 months.

MODELLING OF DEMINERALIZED WATER STORAGE TANK (DT) BY USING FINITE ELEMENT METHOD
Appointed by the MMCES for validation of Demineralized Water Storage Tank by using finite element method. For this particular tasks, we have to ensure the numerical modelling been setup will have similar behaviour with the physical problems. Further, the maximum deflection and stress of the model been investigate and reported to the client.

MODELLING OF PORTA TEST REVOLUTION BY USING FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS
We take lead for design and validate for current scenario happening on site. Furthermore to advise Petronas CariGali and Edes for rectification required. The project duration take about 1 year where design was completed within 4 weeks.

3000 TONNES RSO PER DAY SUGAR REFINERY, TANJUNG LANGSAT, JOHOR
GRUPPE invited to take lead in Project Planning. We have to plan the whole process of the contract and commercial, engineering, construction stages and commissioning.

APARTMENT KOS SEDERHANA, ULU MELAKA, LANGKAWI
GRUPPE was appointed to lead the structural engineer in designing RC & Steel Structure and Raft Foundation. We were also in charged in Project Management and Consultancy.

DOUBLE STOREYS BUNGALOW WITH 2 FLOORS SUB BASEMENTS AND 1 FLOOR ATTIC WITH A SWIMMING POOL, SG MERAB, SELANGOR
GRUPPE appointed to design RC & Steel Structure, Raft foundation and to supervise the project.

KLIA 2
GRUPPE involved in designing the steel structure at the international departure area. The supposting structure of cladding, roofing, interior and equipment at this particular area was designed by using steel structure. GRUPPE as a leading engineer to ensure structure integrity of space frame designed. The project duration at this area took about 4 months for the designed stages and 12 months to complete an erection.

35 UNITS 1 1/2 STOREY WORKSHOP (25' X 75') AND UNITS 1 1/2 STOREY WORKSHOP (40' X 75') WITH ANCHILLARY 1 UNIT TNB SUB-STATION AND 2 UNITS OF SECURITY POST, SEPANG INTERNATIONAL
GRUPPE was awarded by Intan Jaya Teknik Sdn. Bhd. to take lead as Project Management Team in term of design optimization, planning of project construction, control documentation and fully liase with client. This project duration about 24 months and completed in May 2015.

SENAI VVIP HANGAR
GRUPPE take lead to design roof with span 79m long. To design and coordinate in order to ensure every sequences of construction process are safe. With challenging long span structure, the methodology of erection play a role prior to complete the tasks. The duration of design took about 3 months and erection process took about 5 months.

FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS METHOD ON DEHYDRATOR (V-2113 A/B/C/D & V-2123 A/B/C/D)
GRUPPE Consultant has been appointed to conduct a Finite Element Analysis (FEA) study on Dehydrator in Acid Gas Removal System for EVA-NMB GDS Project. Finite Element Analysis (FEA) has been carried out to evaluate the fatigue life of Dehydrator in order to meet thermal loading requirement of process performance.
